Yes, you read that right. Some of you might get a heart attack reading it’s already been 20 years, but that’s how old Beyond Good & Evil is, the highly appraised game where you play as protagonist Jade, adopted by a boar named Pey’j, and going on an adventure she never saw coming. While fans have pretty rightfully given up by now on Beyond Good & Evil 2 which has no right to be this long in the making, this new remaster got the buzz going again that finally, it might be coming soon. To enforce that feeling, the new remaster also includes a new mission which has a narrative link to the second installment. The game is available on the 25th of June on the Epic Store, Switch, PS4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Amazon Luna. Like any remaster, there are improved graphics, an autosave function, and a bunch more updates that keep the game playable. More importantly, though, there is a new trailer to get you back on track.
