Lawn Mowing Simulator: Dino Safari DLC – Review
Back in August 2021, we took a closer look at Lawn Mowing Simulator, which proved to be a fairly fun experience. The game was released at a time many people had to spend their free time indoors due to the pandemic. Thanks to this game, many gamers and simulation enthusiasts were able to experience an outdoors experience, albeit by visiting different gardens across the countryside and then ultimately mowing the lawn. Over the last few months, the game has received several updates, new lawnmowers to choose from, and also new paid DLC. The latest DLC release is the Dino Safari pack that adds some Jurassic Park-inspired sceneries to the mix. For this reason, we’ll keep this review very short.
As stated above, the Dino Safari DLC adds a few new locations to the mix. The DLC will include four new locations, each with a specific dinosaur theme, where one revolves around the mighty T-Rex, and others will cater to more gentile and loving herbivores. These locations include new difficulties, such as maneuvering around the big dinosaur statues, making it harder to reach every nook and cranny with the blades of your lawnmower. Luckily you now have brush cutters at your disposal to make sure everything is done in a neat and tidy fashion. The locations are fairly big, and you’ll have your work cut out for you with the new contracts. Of course, the new sceneries are also available in the Free Mow mode.
Conclusion
Lawn Mowing Simulator’s Dino Safari DLC adds a few new locations to the mix, and this will certainly please the fans of the game. Those who were still on the fence to buy the base game will probably not be convinced by this addition to the game either. Sure, the locations are pretty and the statues present you with fun obstacles, but other than that, this is not really a meaty package. That being said, it’s a fun DLC with an original theme, but you’re getting more of the same content that was already present in the base game.
