The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan releases for the Switch
All the way back in 2019, we had our first encounter with The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan which was a new IP from Bandai Namco Europe and Supermassive Games. Now that the first season has concluded on the mainstream consoles it has been decided that the story where it all started is coming to the Switch.
In Man of Medan, we see five friends together on a vacation. During one of their diving trips, they find themselves in the middle of the sea when a storm breaks out. After the storm dies down the group stumble upon a ghost ship and they discover that there is more going on than meets the eye. Initially, it seems fine but after some paranormal activity, you quickly realize that your life and that of your friends are in grave danger. Will you muster the strength and courage to explore the ship and discover what happened to its lost inhabitants, or will you succumb to the ghosts still roaming the dark hallways? As the player, you can decide on taking on the adventure alone or with friends in the two-player shared story multiplayer or five-player couch co-op. This version lengthens the experience with the extended chapter Flooded and the Curator’s Cut-mode.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch and PC
