Indiana Jones finally arrives on PS5 today
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is now available in early access globally on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. Developed by MachineGames in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, the game features a blend of action sequences, puzzle-solving elements, and close-quarters combat. Set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, the narrative-driven single-player story explores the series’ familiar themes of archaeology, mystery, and adventure.
Players who pick up the Premium Edition or Collector’s Bundle on PlayStation 5 can access the game early and receive additional content, including the Last Crusade pack, Temple of Doom outfit, a digital art book, and the upcoming story DLC Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants, expected later this year. Additionally, PlayStation 5 Pro users will benefit from improved technical features, including 60 frames per second performance at high resolutions, SSD optimization for fast loading, and integration with the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. The Lightbar offers visual cues related to gameplay status, while Community Game Help provides mission and puzzle tips from other players. Two new gameplay actions—Open Season and Sleight of Hand—have also been introduced. Open Season increases damage during follow-up attacks, while Sleight of Hand enables players to disarm enemies. These features are now available across all platforms. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will officially release on PlayStation 5 on 17 April. The game is already available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Game Pass.
