In their ongoing quest to support young indie developers, Black Lantern Collective held a creepy clicker jam that challenged people to make a creepy clicker game with limited time. This is where Your Debt is Paid was born. A fantasy horror experience where you must delve into a dungeon filled with monsters, fighting them in an effort to win money and pay your dues to your horrific captors. But if you can’t pay up, your days are numbered. The game uses charming retro graphics to invoke the 90s cartridge feel, with detailed character art and CRT effects.
