LEGO CITY Undercover : first trailer released

Most of the recent LEGO games are all based on movie franchises, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones to name a few. It’s very refreshing to see a new original story not bound and limited by an existing movie. in LEGO CITY Undercover, we’ll be playing as Chase McCain, a police officer who goes undercover to catch the recently escaped bad guy Rex Fury. It might not be linked to a certain movie, it will however be filled with movie references and that silly LEGO humor we can all enjoy, no matter our age.It looks like everything will be pretty awesome.

Have you ever wondered what GTA might look like if it was set in the Lego universe? An open world, a huge city to explore, many different types of cars to be driven and everything is made out of Lego. Sounds like the dream of many children and adults alike to finally be able to use LEGO’s creative possibilities in the cover of a tacky detective story. Wonder no more and enjoy the first trailer!

    In my opinion, one of the most underrated lego games so far. Had fun on Wii U and looking forward to try out the polished version.

      I reckon the games with a franchise attached to them simply attract more attention.
