A chilling new horror film by Jacob Chase ‘Come Play’ will be digitally available this August
It may be the middle of summer, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good time for a good ol’ horror movie, especially with this fall weather we’ve been having lately. From 9 August, you can download Jacob Chase’s impressive directorial debut Come Play starring Gillian Jacobs (Love, Community), John Gallagher Jr. (Underwater, 10 Cloverfield Lane), and Azhy Robertson (Marriage Story).
Come Play tells the story of Oliver, a reclusive, autistic boy who encounters a creepy childhood story on his new tablet. He has no idea that by reading the story of Larry, a lonely monster, who’s desperate for friends too, invites him into his house. But what Larry really wants is something a lot more sinister than we would’ve imagined…
Come Play will digitally available on-demand from August 9th in the Netherlands and Belgium, on iTunes, Google Play, Pathé Thuis (NL), and Proximus (BE).
