A new storyline quest has been released for Old School RuneScape
The famously long running MMO Old School RuneScape has just received an update containing a brand new quest revolving around the Mahjarret storyline that began back in 2001. Named “Secrets of the North” this Master level quest features a solo-only boss encounter and powerful rewards. Another large update is planned for later this year, which will see the continuation of the “Desert Treasure” quest and which will feature four new areas and a boss.
During the quest, players will be involved in a murder mystery with no shortage of suspects. Needing to form an unlikely alliance with some mahjarrat, they’ll be tasked with uncovering the true killer and their motive. These rewards for accomplishing the quest include upgrades for the Ancient Potion and Ancient Staff as well as a powerful bow for the archers out there.
