Atari’s latest from the Recharged series will be Quantum, releasing August 17
In case you are not familiar with Atari’s Recharged series, it’s essentially a whole bunch of remakes from games that you experienced if you were conscious in the 80s. The latest from the series is reimagining Quantum. In Quantum: Recharged players need to draw shapes with their ship to create danger zones that destroy enemies, much like how Tron used a trail behind the player’s bike to create a wall. The new game includes a co-op mode and leaderboards, power-ups, and an Arcade Mode with 25 levels as well as a Challenge Mode that will test your skills with a never-ending enemy attack. Aside from that the game obviously has some new graphics as all the games from the Recharged series have. See the announcement trailer below for an impression.
