Big Helmet Heroes brawls its way to release this February 6
Big Helmet Heroes the wacky Beat’em up from Exalted Studio brings your childhood fantasies to life! Combining chivalrous knights with a healthy dose of childlike whimsy it delivers a fresh take on the beat’em up genre and adds a twist to the classic ‘rescue the princess’. With 29 unique characters, each with their own personality and power, there is a big helmeted hero for you. Playing alone, or with a friend, you can discover the game’s detailed 3D world while battling through hordes of enemies to rescue the princess across the various levels. These enemies will bring you right back to the playground as you have to evade pirates, knights, mummies, and sometimes even your friend who ‘accidentally’ pushed you over the ledge. Adding to the whimsical nature are the enemies’ weapons, ranging from the usual swords and crossbows to electric fly swatters and laser guns.
Big Helmet Heroes launches on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and on PC through both Steam and the Epic Games Store on February 6th. There will be a base edition available for 24.99 USD as well as an ‘Exalted Edition’ for 29,99 USD which also gives you the game’s OST and an art book. Pre-orders are available now on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox. Pre-ordering the Exalted Edition on PlayStation 5 or Steam also gives you a three-day Early Bird Access period when the game launches.
