Bohemian Killing to be released in the first quarter of 2016

Bohemian Killing, developed by The Moonwalls, is a story-driven courtroom drama set during the late 19th century in the mysterious roads of Paris. Thanks to the complete integration of the gameplay with the narrative the game has to offer, the player can solve lawsuits in nearly any way they see fit. Many of the elements found in Bohemian Killing were inspired by Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and Gone Home.

The storyline is set within two time frames, the first being present day where players are accused of a brutal murder and find themselves locked up. They’ll be able to review the evidence and witness testimonies and questions provided by the judge. Each questions that is asked triggers a flashback to the other time line which will influence the next testimony. It is in these flashbacks that the player will find themselves in one of the Parisian districts, showcasing realistic locations and offering the player historical backgrounds of the region.

Proving that you are not guilty of the horrendous crime that was committed is not an easy task and players will need to make difficult decisions. One may tell lies to the point where it is nearly impossible to decipher the intricate web they’ve spun, another may claim insanity. The almost unlimited possibilities can lead to several endings and one hidden one, ensuring a high replayability with a narrative that differs from the previous gameplay.

Bohemian Killing is illustrated by the masterful tones by the young and talented Polish composer Marcin Maślanka. The unique adventurous crime-solving game is set to release in the first quarter of 2016 on Steam.
