Sister Madeline gets physical in Evil Nun: The Broken Mask
Today marks the physical release of Evil Nun: The Broken Mask on PS5 and Switch. Based on the Evil Nun franchise by Keplerians, The Broken Mask tasks players with navigating the ominous corridors of an abandoned school while avoiding a menacing nun. Developed by Keplerians in collaboration with horror game developer Carlos Coronado, this title adds a new dimension to the Evil Nun universe. Meridiem and Keplerians have collaborated to produce this physical edition of the game, including a special Unholy Edition. This edition features a custom case, a camp admission letter, a digital soundtrack download code, and an art book showcasing concept designs of key characters and locations.
Players must evade Sister Madeline, the antagonist nun armed with a massive hammer, as they work to escape the school. Along the way, they will uncover that other children are also trapped. Sister Madeline’s relentless pursuit creates an intense challenge, as she can reach even the most hidden areas. The game spans six chapters, includes three escape routes, and offers multiple levels of difficulty. Players will unravel a haunting backstory while completing various mini-games and challenges. The console version introduces redesigned puzzles, updated graphics, and new scenarios, delivering a refined horror adventure for players. Evil Nun: The Broken Mask is now available in physical format for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
