Calico arrives on PlayStation soon!
Publisher Whitethorn Games and developer Peachy Keen Games have announced the upcoming release of Calico on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The beloved community simulation game offers players the opportunity to revive a cat café within the town, filling it with adorable creatures. The game lets players decorate their café with furniture, decorations, pastries, and a variety of animals. The PlayStation release will include the Calico: Pawsome Edition, introducing new animals to befriend, a revamped UI and visual improvements, and the option to personalize wallpaper and floors within the café. Cooking, a core feature of the game, has been expanded with unique mini-games for each recipe, rewarding players with different bonuses based on their performance.
Key features of Calico include befriending animals, customization through fashion, designing and decorating the café, and a magical potion system. Players can engage with animals through interactions like dancing, cuddling, and playing. Clothing can be collected and used to personalize avatars. Café decoration involves arranging furniture and toys for human and animal patrons. The potion system allows for creative and magical experiences. Calico is already available on Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
