Celebrate Christmas early in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite
It’s been a few months since Harry Potter: Wizards Unite launched. Most players will have gotten used to the gameplay by now, traveling around the world (or just your town) to encounter all kinds of magical creatures and items. But with the holidays right around the corner, of course it’s time for the first big special event to take place. Christmas will come early for all players starting tomorrow as you’ll be able to relive the winter yule ball famous from the fourth book of the series (and the corresponding movie). On December 14, in particular, there will be a one-day event where you can unlock special magical creatures by helping Hagrid and collecting ‘foundables’. Other unique events are still to be announced through social media, but you can expect to receive holiday-themed items upon compliting them. There will also be the option to send your fellow wizards Christmas gifts through the app.
