Celebrate Pokémon’s 30th anniversary with LEGO!

Earlier this week, the LEGO Group and The Pokémon Company revealed the very first LEGO Pokémon sets. Fans from across the world will soon be able to build some of the most iconic Pokémon ever, as part of the series’ 30th Anniversary Celebration. If the entry-level set depicting Eevee and the inevitable Pikachu set aren’t enough, then the flagship set consisting of Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise will certainly capture the imagination of Pokémon fans around the world. The sets can be preordered on the LEGO website and will be available worldwide from LEGO stores and other selected stores on February 27th, Pokémon day. Preorders and day one purchases of the flagship set will be accompanied by a limited gift with purchase set, the Kanto Badge Collection, while supplies last.

To celebrate the upcoming launch, LEGO and Pokémon are hosting a special Trainer Challenge across their social channels. From January 12th up until February 27th, fans can look for hidden LEGO Pokémon clues. By unlocking rewards, participants may just win a visit to PokémonXP and the 2026 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco, including Championship Sunday at the Chase Center, and all three of the LEGO Pokémon sets. More info is available on the LEGO website.
