Challenge your friends to a strategic showdown in RISK: Global Domination
Playing board games on a pc has long been something people enjoyed. Especially if your friends don’t live close enough to organize weekly get-togethers, being able to enjoy some old school board game fun this way is a big bonus. Thanks to SMG Studios, Risk will now join the arsenal of online digital board games. The studio already released a mobile version of Risk earlier, but on February 19 Steam will be able to welcome RISK: Global Domination as well. This version of the game is completely free-to-play and will have the classic map unlocked, with purchasable DLC if you want to unlock over 40 additional maps. The game can be played with up to 6 people online, with AI or even single-player and there are different modes available for those seeking a challenge. As an added perk, the mobile and steam version of the game are linked through your RISK account, meaning any purchases you make carry over between versions.
