Crypt Stalker is out now for Switch
Enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with the old-school-inspired adventure game Crypt Stalker, which is out now for Nintendo Switch. The 8-bit game will bring players back to their youth, putting them in the shoes of a retro demon slayer. Travel through the hot desert and dark pyramids, whipping away at all the monsters you see to find the demon overlord that causes all this chaos. Face demonic creatures in 9 stages that are filled to the brim with dangerous traps and fiery walls.
This newest version of the game features four new levels that test the player’s skills in a monochromatic handheld mode, along with tough challenges like boss rush. To further simulate the old-school experience, the screen has extra fake flickering. Not satisfied yet? Well, what about two difficulty levels, original and casual mode, in which all levels can be replayed. Crypt Stalker is out now for Switch and can also be found on PC.
