Daedalic Entertainment reveals new The Lord of the Rings: Gollum content
Daedalic Entertainment and NACON have just unveiled a new trailer for The Lord of the Rings: Gollum during the 2021 edition of The Game Awards. The trailer provides a small sneak peek into the duality between Sméagol and Gollum during the stealth action-adventure that’s set to release in 2022 for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is an action-adventure game with a story focus, where players take on the role of Gollum to win back his lost ring. Players will have to climb, jump and sneak through dangerous areas, while avoiding capture and trying to keep the upper hand. Throughout the game, players will also have to decide whether they indulge Gollum’s darker side over the spark of reason, left in what used to be Sméagol.
