Dark Rifts terrorize Black Desert Online
Today, Pearl Abyss and Kakao Games have announced that Black Desert Online will receive exciting new content after Wednesday’s regular maintenance.
Tomorrow mysterious Dark Rifts will appear randomly across the world, introducing the new content. These Rifts will make sure powerful boss monsters that have been consumed by the elusive Black Spirit appear. You can only challenge them individually. If you happen to succeed in defeating your foe, you’ll be rewarded with wonderful items. Unlike most MMOs, this challenge is intimate, lonely and possibly deadly.
You’ll run into your new enemies when you least expect it, during regular gameplay. It adds another layer of depth to the popular mmorpg Black Desert Online. For those (un)lucky enough to miss the rifts, a location finder will be added to the map to make sure no one misses out on the action.
But wait, there is more! Bartali’s Adventure Log was added as well last Friday. Players are presented with an adventure log that continually updates with new quests, challenges, and errands. You’ll receive bonuses and rewards that apply to your entire roster of characters. This feature is only available if you’re at least level 51 and if you’ve completed the main quests of the Calphean region.
