December’s Xbox Games With Gold and Game Pass update
As will be known for everybody who ever used Xbox Live Gold (the purchase needed to play online), while you have it activated you get a few new games every month which are then ”free to play”. This is brought under the name ”Games With Gold”. The Game Pass is a different subscription you can apply to, granting you access to a library of games that keeps getting updated every now and then. Below the list for both subscriptions their changes in the month of December, 2018:
Only for Xbox One with Xbox Live Gold:
- Q.U.B.E 2 – (1st of December up to and including the 31st of December)
- Never Alone – (16th of December up to and including the 15th of January)
For Xbox One AND Xbox 360 with Xbox Live Gold:
- Dragon Age II – (1st of December up to and including the 15th of December)
- Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction – (16th of December up to and including the 31st of December)
The Xbox Game Pass News:
- Three new games have been added at different dates. The Gardens Between at the 29th of November, Mutant Year Zero at the 4th of December, and Strange Brigade at the 6th of December.
- There now is an Xbox Game Pass app available for Android and iOS. This app gives you updates when new games are available like the one ones named above, but also gives you the option to install games on your Xbox One from a distance, allowing you to instantly play after you get home from your daily destinations.
