Destiny 2 readying for its debut with a live-action launch trailer
Activision and Bungie have joined forces with 72andSunny, RSA Films and Framestore to produce a spectacular live-action trailer for the worldwide debut of Destiny 2. Just like in the previous live-action trailer for its predecessor Destiny it is packed with humor, action and a great soundtrack. Thanks to director Jordan Vogt-Roberts (director of Kong: Skull Island) and backed by a great song from the Beastie Boys, they were able to make a great live-action trailer. The 2-minute long trailer features Cayde-6 (voiced by Nathan Fillion) giving an inspiring speech to 3 guardians about all the things that you can no longer find on Earth, most importantly puppies. Everything is gone except for the last city. It’s time to pick up those big guns and defend our home from the Red Legion. Starting September 6th Destiny 2 will be available on PS4 and Xbox One, with the release on PC scheduled for October 24th.
