Diablo IV goes gold ahead of release
Diablo IV has achieved gold status, with just over a month left before its launch on June 6, 2023. The fourth installment in the series is set to bring players back to the dark world of Sanctuary, with the new game featuring improved gameplay options and a range of new features. Players can choose from five different character classes, a selection of cosmetics and skills, and which path they want to follow through the world, allowing for a fully customizable character fantasy.
With an open-world gameplay structure, Diablo IV offers a full story campaign, over 120 dungeons, dozens of side missions, world bosses, and extensive land to explore. The game also features new endgame systems, including huge paragon boards, PvP zones, Nightmare Dungeons and Helltides, and the Tree of Whispers, allowing players to continue to grow and test their skills. Rod Fergusson, the general manager of Diablo, expressed his excitement for the game’s launch and said the achievement of gold status was a meaningful step towards the game’s release.
