Dino Topia’s prehistory begins next week
Celestial Studio has revealed the Early Access release date for their prehistoric-themed adventure and settlement-building game Dino Topia. The date was announced in a newly released trailer that also offers a first look at Dino Topia’s narrative. The story centers on a world where humans and dinosaurs have long coexisted in harmony. After a mysterious beast destroys your settlement and dino companions, players are challenged to rebuild, survive, and defend against the lurking threats. In celebration of the upcoming launch, players who try the game’s Frontier Demo on Steam will receive an exclusive Cunninga-inspired dinosaur skin when the Early Access version becomes available.
In Dino Topia, players can create their own Mesozoic farm settlement by gathering resources, developing technology, and expanding their base. The game allows for breeding and hatching over 40 types of dinosaurs, each with unique traits and abilities. Combat is customizable through 39 totems and 70 relics, which can alter attack mechanics and enhance pet stats. Players can also explore four distinct environments filled with dungeons, rare materials, and 60 different bosses. Farming, exploration, and combat all play central roles in building a thriving settlement. The Early Access release of Dino Topia is on August 12th. The game is now available to wishlist on Steam ahead of its launch.
