Dinosaurs are back!

Dinosaurs are back!

Ever since Jurassic Park came out in 1993 kids and adults both have held a strong fascination for these long extinct animals. Despite this there are few pieces of entertainment and even fewer games that have managed to capture that excitement again.

Turok tried their hand at making a FPS game with dinosaurs but failed to make it as exciting as it should be. Dino Crisis tried to take the Resident Evil formula and instead of Zombies had you running around from Velociraptors and Tyrannosauruses. There have been several smaller developers that have tried to make a game with Dinosaurs as exciting and captivating as it initially sounds.

Primal Carnage: Genesis is the newest game to try to excite the Dinosaur craze again by Lukewarm Media, using the Unreal Engine 4 Genesis is set to be an episodic single-player adventure set to come out on the Playstation 4.

Actually the first Turok game was great – the afterbirth – Sorry, I mean sequels weren’t that awesome.
