Dragon’s Crown artbook pre-order bonus
I love Atlus, as a publisher they are one of the smaller ones to publish games in the west but their focus has always been on releasing games that are niche or generally wouldn’t come out here unless they picked them up. The publisher is best known for their Shin Megami Tensei games in the west but they branch out here and there, because of their size they tend to pick and choose which games to pick up more than a company like Activision would.
The upcoming Dragon’s Crown is one of those niche games that if someone like Atlus didn’t pick up to publish in the west it’s very doubtful that it would make its way here at all. Though it has gotten some flak in the gaming news lately for its art style, the game is nonetheless a very gorgeous one to look at and it comes as no surprise that pre-ordering the game gets you a nice artbook for those of you picking it up.
The artbook is 64 pages of full color art for the game, as well as art commissioned from renowned Japanese artists such as Akira Yasuda, Kinu Nishimura, and Gouda Cheese (BENGUS).
Dragon’s Crown is coming to the PS3 and Vita on August 6th
