THQ Nordic has announced that The Valiant is available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S starting today! In this epic adventure title, you are the only one who can stop a corrupted crusader knight, your former brother-in-arms, driven by an ancient artifact. Command your units, utilize their unique skills, and embark on an unforgettable journey through a single-player campaign featuring 15 meticulously designed missions. Whether you prefer cooperative or competitive multiplayer modes, The Valiant offers an engaging experience for all. A free multiplayer demo is available as well, and includes two exciting game modes: Last Man Standing and Competitive. In Last Man Standing, players have access to all three heroes but cannot progress beyond level 5. However, any XP earned beyond the level limit will be carried over to the full game upon purchase.
Competitive mode allows players to choose between Theoderic and Konrad as they engage in 1v1 battles on the “Road” map. You can use quickmatch and unlock various cosmetics while earning competitive XP. Please note that cosmetic progress can be previewed but not saved or applied until the full game is unlocked. Achievements/Trophies are disabled for both platforms in the demo version. However, rest assured that the full game will provide you with ample opportunities to showcase your prowess and unlock a wide range of achievements. The Valiant is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC at a suggested retail price of €24.99 / $24.99 / £19.99.
