Dynasty Warriors: Godseeker gameplay trailer released
Koei Tecmo released a gameplay trailer for it’s upcoming strategy RPG Dynasty Warriors: Godseeker showcasing the tactical elements of the game.
On top of the trailer they also released additional info explaining what they’re showing in the trailer. Once you succesfully defeat enemies you will enable Synchro Mode. This Synchro Mode will let you unleash powerful attacks that can decimate all opposing forces.
Lixia, a companion in your journey, has her strong powers sealed away in Lixia Orbs. These orbs are unique objects that can give you an edge against the stronger opponents. They give you elemental powers that you can use to set the battlefield in flames or flood enemy strongholds.You can gain multiple of these orbs throughout the main quests.
During encounters on the front lines Path of Destiny episodes can be unlocked. These episodes provide access to unique battles, new companions, monetary bonuses and useful items.
Outside of the battles you can conversate with other officers in the Three Kingdom period.
Koei Tecmo also announced special character costumes for players who purchase Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers in their first month of sale. Lixia gets a special Diaochan custum while Guan Yinping and Lu Lingqi get special costumes sporting fox ears and tails.
Dynasty Warriors: Godseeker is due out digitally for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on January 31 in North America and February 1 in Europe.
