Explore a vast swathe of islands in RuneScape
When a poll is voted upon by 100,000 players then you can be sure that Jagex listens. The creators of Runescape have taken the game from a simple Java scripted game to a MMORPG. Apart from the already large map and the gargantuan amount of content already in the game, you’d thing they’d be out of ideas on what to drop as a large update.
How about a million procedurally generated island? Was probably what someone pitched. Apparantly everyone in the room must have nodded in agreement and the poll that decided its implementation showed that this was what the players wanted, too.
