First big update for Doom Eternal
The long-awaited Doom Eternal brings its first major update, and it’s available now. With bigger challenges and updates to how the game feels and plays. More in the update trailer below. First of all you get to fight Empowered Demons, which are demons that previously killed a Slayer. These creatures naturally offer a bigger reward in resources and experience points. Then there is also the Event Series 3, also known as the Precious Metals event, where you can play any mode to advance and get new cosmetic items.
Last but not least there are some improvements made to the Single Player campaign based upon the critique of players such as vertical dashing in water, as well as the BATTLEMODE mode where you can now see what killed you, showing which players did the best, getting rid of some lag, and more.
