Frogun launches digitally today, and physical preorders open up too!
The highly anticipated platforming adventure Frogun, from Top Hat Studios, hops onto a variety of platforms today! Frogun is available now digitally on PC (through Steam, GoG and the Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. If you’d rather have a physical copy of this wholesome game, you’ll be able to preorder that from today as well! In Frogun, players take on the role of Renata, a little girl with an unusual sidekick, a frog that’s a gun – the titular Frogun – but also her best friend. She must rescue her parents after they become lost inside Beezlebob’s ancient ruins. With over 40 levels and six unique themed worlds, Frogun is stuffed to the brim with collectibles and discoveries.
The digital version of Frogun is available as the base game and a Digital Deluxe Edition, which adds a digital art book, digital manual, and the game’s soundtrack. Both are available with a 20% launch discount. Those opting for the physical edition will get the content of the Deluxe Edition included on the disc or cart, and anyone wanting even more Frogun goodness can opt for the Collector’s Edition instead, which adds a bunch of physical goodies, including a reversible poster, sticker sheet, art book, and the original soundtrack, all presented in a cover box with special hand-drawn watercolor art. Finally, if you still haven’t got your Frogun fill, then you can also pick up a plush doll of protagonist Renata, sold separately.
