Gallipoli explores a side of WW1 you haven’t seen before!

BlackMill Games has announced Gallipoli, the next entry in its historically inspired first-person shooter franchise WW1. The game takes players to the Middle Eastern Front of the First World War. Players can choose to fight as either British Empire or Ottoman soldiers, engaging in large-scale battles that shift between coastal landings, ruined cities, and harsh desert warfare. This new installment in the long-running series is designed to shine a light on a theater of war that is often overlooked, while maintaining the studio’s focus on authenticity and detail.

As the fourth standalone release in the WW1 franchise, following Verdun, Tannenberg, and Isonzo, Gallipoli introduces fresh challenges with its expeditionary warfare setting. The game emphasizes squad-based multiplayer battles with crossplay support across platforms, offering a range of classes, specialized roles, and historically accurate equipment. With its period-accurate weapons, uniforms, and music, along with environments shaped by sandstorms, suppressive fire, and tactical objectives, Gallipoli explores a different side of the war. The game is now available to wishlist on Steam and PlayStation and is set to launch on PC via Steam, the Microsoft Store, and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
