Warner Bros. Games and DC have released the third and final episode of the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Insider video series, offering fans an insider’s perspective on Rocksteady Studios’ upcoming third-person action-shooter. The video provides details on the free post-release season content available to owners of the game. Following the story-driven campaign, each season will focus on a different DC character and explore alternate realities invaded by Brainiac, known as Elseworlds. Starting March 2024, Season 1 will introduce The Joker in an Elseworlds variant. This version of the iconic DC supervillain is equipped with a rocket-powered umbrella for aerial maneuvers across the city’s rooftops, featuring unique combat, travel skills, and weapons.
For future Seasons 2-4, fans can anticipate three new playable characters, three new playable environments, new weapons, themed equipment sets, activities, mid-season updates, and more. Suicide Squad Insider – Episode 3 also features actor Jason Isaacs, the voice of Brainiac in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, providing additional insights into the character’s motivations and plans. The video unveils the game’s social features and four-player cooperative mode, including customization options for characters, outfits, rival taunts, and emotes. It also introduces co-op-specific rewards and competitive elements such as global leaderboards. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is scheduled for a global release on February 2, 2024. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will gain access to the game up to 72 hours earlier, starting from January 30, 2024. The game will be available worldwide for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam, with a release on the Epic Games Store on March 5. Pre-orders for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are currently open on all platforms.
