God of Rock releasing on April 18th
Modus Games have announced that their brand new rhythm fighting game God of Rock will be coming out on April 18th of next year. Accompanying the news is a brand-new trailer showcasing some of the game’s gameplay. Additionally, attendants to the Holiday Matsuri con in Florida will be able to get their hands on the game’s demo ahead of time.
In the game, players will face opponents using rhythm-based mechanics. Following the prompts scrolling across the screen while following the music matched to the selected characters is the way to go. As the battle goes on for longer, the beat will pick up, forcing players to keep up or start missing attacks. In order to dominate the battlefield, players will also have Special and Ultra attacks that they’ll need to time correctly in order to make the most use of them.
