Get a Shared File or Folder Connection in Two Clicks
You can share files and folders on Google Drive easily. You don’t need to convert files to supported formats if you want to share files with people who don’t have Google Drive installed on their computer. Google has made the task very simple with shared links that can be created in just two clicks.
What you need to do is: Choose the file or folder you want to share > Select the chain link symbol on the navigation bar > Copy the URL and share it.
Change File View
There are a few helpful links on the left of the Google Drive screen that can adjust the view of the files you’re looking at: select Recent to see the most recently opened files at the top of the stack, and Operation to see files that have recently been updated by you or anyone else with access privileges.
