Greedfall gets a sequel in 2024!
During BigBen week, NACON revealed the sequel to GreedFall, appropriately titled GreedFall 2: The Dying World. After the success of the first game, with 2 million copies sold, NACON and the development studio Spiders are now pleased to announce this upcoming title. Just like the first game, GreedFall 2 is an RPG that focuses on the story and player’s choices. In the game, you return to the unique universe of its predecessor and enjoy new gameplay, with more emphasis on tactics during battles.
The story begins three years before the events of the first game and the adventures of De Sardet. This time you are a member of the Tar Fradee tribe, who has been taken by force from his island to the continent of the colonists: Gacane. In this ancient world, plagued by war, the Malichor plague, and the political scheming of various factions, you must regain your freedom and control of your own destiny. Using diplomacy, cunning, combat, and your allies, you must put an end to the conquering ambitions of one man, who threatens the survival of both the continent and your island. GreedFall 2 will be released in 2024 for PC and consoles.
