INDIKA is the latest bizarre adventure and debut from Odd Meter with 11 bit studios
11 bit studios is a popular game developer that you might know from games such as Children of Morta, Frostpunk, Moonlighter, and This War of Mine. They are publishing games in a fast, successive order, and generally focus on unique stories and experiences. The latest of these games is INDIKA, created by developer Odd Meter with help from 11 bit studios. It’s a game that the developers describe as “mind-boggling, one-of-a-kind, and meaningful”. The game follows a nun named Indika in a parallel 19th-century Russia, which feels like a project that hits close to home as the entire studio of Odd Meter has recently moved from Russia to Kazakhstan following the war and strict rules that Russia enforces. INDIKA looks like an incredibly interesting and somewhat creepy project as you will see in the trailer below. It’s dripping with themes such as the church, sin, sorrow, and art-house direction. We are looking forward to this title.
