It’s shark week on Injustice: Gods Among Us
Aquaman isn’t the most well regarded hero in DC comics universe, he is mostly known for well chatting it up with the fish. So you might be a little surprised to hear that Aquaman is going to be a playable character in NetherRealm’s upcoming Injustice: Gods Among Us.
What could the aquatic superhero bring to the table and stand up to the likes of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman? Turns out sea creatures.
The newest trailer out of Injustice not only gives us a taste of what our underwater bedfellow brings to the table in terms of fighting but how he plays a part in the story. After a terse stand-off between the King of Atlantis and the new regime, Aquaman agrees to give control of the underwater kingdom to the land power. Fortunately for us Aquaman won’t sit idly by as his kingdom is threatened under the new rule and goes to war against The Flash and the Regime bringing Atlantis’ army and the oceans depth’s powerful creatures to war with him.
