Jericho City shown in new gameplay trailer of The Surge 2
Today, a new gameplay trailer has been released for The Surge 2. This trailer will show new weapons, environments, enemies, bosses and abilities in Jericho City.
The Surge 2 will offer the same fast-paced combat system, limb-targeting and looting mechanisms you’re used to. Jericho City is a massive location with a lot of secret passages, buildings, factions, friends, foes and colossal bosses. You can also find abandoned half-finished mega-structures alongside ostensibly serene parks that now function as nanomachine hunting grounds. As you progress, you’ll earn TechScrap and equipment pieces that can be equipped to your Exo-rig. While the nanomachine infestation is eating Jericho City, other horrific amalgamations of man and machine roam the streets as the government, gangs and cultists war for control over valuable areas in the city.
The Surge 2 is available for pre-order now. The game will be released on the 24th of September this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Below, you can watch this new gameplay trailer to see how this new city and its inhabitants look like.
