KARMA celebrates launch success with a free new mode
Since its launch last week, KARMA: The Dark World has gained attention from horror fans worldwide, praised for its dark atmosphere and Orwellian-inspired aesthetic. In appreciation of the community’s support, Wired Productions has announced an upcoming Filter Mode, arriving as a free update this month. This new Filter Mode will expand the game’s visual presentation, offering players film-inspired styles to enhance the experience:
- Black and White Mode – Highlights the noir-inspired, dreamlike quality of KARMA’s world.
- Warm Tone Mode
- Cool Tone Mode
The update, set to launch later in April, will allow players to explore the game’s cinematic roots while maintaining full interactivity. Additional post-launch content is also in development. In KARMA: The Dark World, players take on the role of Daniel McGovern, an elite Roam Agent tasked with mind-diving into the memories of suspects. What begins as another routine investigation soon unravels into a dark conspiracy that challenges everything he believes. As McGovern navigates the minds of those he pursues, he must confront disturbing truths and question his own reality. KARMA: The Dark World is available now on Steam, PlayStation Store, and GOG. The game will also release on Xbox at a later date, with further details to be announced in the coming months.
