Legend Bowl drops release date for all the major consoles
The American Football simulator game Legend Bowl, which was already a hit on PC, has finally announced its release date for consoles. The port will be available on Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on the 9th of August. The game will feature all of its original content.
Legend Bowl is an indie deep-simulation American Football game. In the game’s Franchise mode, you’ll be a team manager, helping your team climb the ladder to the top. You’ll not only be able to pick from 32 teams and 17-week schedules, but you can customize every aspect of the game, from hairstyles to earrings to make your own unique dream team. Aside from this campaign mode is an off-season mode where you take your team through retirements, free agency, player progression, and a full 7-round draft. All of this is delivered in a beautiful pixel art style with great attention to detail. The game comes to life with realistic weather and things like field stat overlays, live referees, and advertisements to fully immerse you in the world of American Football.
The game also features four-player gameplay in an exhibition mode where you can take on each other in freestyle matches or take it a step further with 16 teams’ bracket-style tournaments. Check out this mix of arcade fun and realistic simulation when Legend Bowl comes to all consoles on August 9th.
