Legend of Kay Anniversary Coming to Nintendo Switch
Ten years ago, Legend of Kay released on PS2 with so much fanfare, that it was subsequently released on Nintendo DS. Ever since then, the game has been ported to all major consoles from all sides of the console wars. Now thoroughly remastered, the game will release for Nintendo Switch this year. Full of new character models, with surround sounds, and other updated models, it is THQ Nordic’s intention to bring old cult classics to all platforms that players are willing to buy it on.
Coming with a load of allusions to old cult martial arts movies, lots of pop culture references, and funny moments, Legend of Kay will feature
- 25 different levels with over 15 enemy types and epic boss battles.
- 3 different primary weapons (sword/hammer/claws) with distinct combat styles.
- Various mini-games such as wild boar racing, dragon flying and wolf riding.
- Online rankings: compare your score with your friends’ and compete against the best in the world.
