Mario and the Rabbids are reuniting for Sparks of Hope
Ubisoft has officially announced Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, the sequel to Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. The game expands on the foundations laid in the first game to deliver a new gameplay experience and an epic journey through a threatened galaxy. In Sparks of Hope, players will need to restore order after a mysterious new foe, named Cursa, has caused chaos all over the galaxy. Cursa and her minions aren’t just wreaking havoc on the various planets and their strange inhabitants, but they are also bent on consuming the energy of the Sparks, creatures that are the result of fusion between the Rabbids and the Lumas.
Players will explore fantastic worlds filled with hilarious secrets and strange inhabitants, as they take on enemies in innovative fights that mix turn-based tactics and real-time movement with the aid of their extravagant team of heroes. Teams can be constructed from up to three characters to take on surprising bosses, familiar enemies from the Mario universe and exceptional Rabbids enemies in this cosmic adventure. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope will launch next year, exclusively on the Switch.
