Mayhem in Single Valley gets a console release date!
Mayhem in Single Valley, an upcoming action-adventure game from Fluxscopic and tinyBuild, is set to release next month for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game takes place in the small town of Single Valley, where a truck collision has caused toxic sludge to spill into the water supply, resulting in Jack’s neighbors and local wildlife turning into mindless zombies. Jack, an aspiring artist who was accepted into the college of his dreams, is now forced to put his college plans on hold to save his town and the world from the zombie apocalypse.
In Mayhem in Single Valley, players guide Jack through different locations, solving puzzles, collecting loot, and fighting off mutated enemies. To avoid conflict, players must use tools to cause distractions and stun enemies in their tracks. The game features a beautiful pixelated world with 2D characters placed on a 3D-modeled canvas, with a retro-inspired original soundtrack and 8-bit sound effects to create a nostalgic gaming experience. Mayhem in Single Valley will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on March 2, 2023, for $14.99 USD. The game is currently available on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GoG.
