Mirrored Souls gets a release date
Short N Sweet Games just made a lot of people happy by announcing the release date for their upcoming single-player-coop game Mirrored Souls. Get ready to enjoy this unique puzzle-platformer when it releases on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation consoles, Xbox consoles, and Nintendo Switch on August 23.
Mirrored Souls has a pretty unique gameplay mechanic since it lets you control both of its protagonists at the same time. Ravi and Daru are two celestial beings that have been separated forever with only one objective: finally being reunited. This unique love story sees them jumping through portals and traversing two mirrored worlds. Help them achieve this goal by solving Braid-like puzzles on a mirrored screen. Players will have to control the two characters very precisely at the same time to complete this short hand-drawn experience about the dilemma between the fleeting nature of life and love. The developers have taken a lot of experience from other cozy properties, like the art style of a Ghibli film and the relaxing atmosphere of Journey.
