More information on Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence

In upcoming game Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence, battles play a major part. Enemies will attack your castles, towns and settlements to increase their own wealth and influence. Players would do best to train their own army to the fullest to be able to win the game.

Battles can be fought in multiple ways. You can either choose to look at the battlefield in a bird perspective and freely control the troops or you could opt for a more close-up oriented view. The bird perspective is useful to get a nice overview of the battlefield and like this, it isn’t that hard to spot enemy movement of troops.

Information like weather conditions and the state of the terrains are important factors to think about whilst planning a devastating attack. When you enter the battlefield in a close-up view, you take on the role as Grand Commander which will give the player access to ‘Traits’ and ‘Tactics’. Traits are basically passive abilities which automatically go in effect when an officer is present. Tactics are unique actions for every officer which can temporality boost your own army or weaken the opponent’s troops.

Fans of tactical warfare are sure to find a lot of enjoyment out of this title.

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence will be available on the 4th of September on PS4, PS3 and PC.
