Mortal Kombat 1 gets a new gameplay trailer!
Warner Bros. Games has revealed the gameplay launch trailer for Mortal Kombat 1, the latest installment in the renowned video game franchise developed by NetherRealm Studios. The new video provides an exciting first look at both the story elements and gameplay of Shang Tsung, as well as his pivotal role in the reborn Mortal Kombat universe shaped by fire god Liu Kang. In this showcase, we get to witness the cunning wizard’s impressive moveset, featuring fireball projectiles, devastating combos, and his iconic ability to transform into rival fighters.
The trailer also offers glimpses of General Shao’s formidable right-hand man, Reiko, a warrior whose fighting style mirrors his fierce personality. Additionally, we are treated to thrilling highlights from other fighters included in the launch roster. Mortal Kombat 1 will be accessible through early access, commencing on September 14 for Premium Edition owners and September 19 for Standard Edition owners. As an added bonus, all pre-orders will grant players the opportunity to include Shang Tsung as a playable character in their Mortal Kombat 1 experience. Mortal Kombat 1 releases on Sept. 19 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store).
