Narrative Puzzler Fire Tonight revealed
Today, developer Reptoid games and Publisher Way Down Deep have announced its newest narrative puzzle experience, Fire Tonight. This game will be coming to Nintendo Switch and Steam in the first quarter of next year.
Fire Tonight follows the story of a young couple, Maya and Devin, who struggle to reunite while their city is engulfed by fire. You can switch between Maya’s and Devin’s perspective to solve light environmental puzzles. As Maya, you need to avoid the flames and reach Devin’s apartment. While Devin is awaiting Maya’s arrival, you can explore objects imbued with powerful memories from his perspective to learn more about the couple and what drives them together in these hard times.
Fire Tonight will be playable as part of PAX Online 202 and Tokyo Game Show 2020. Below you can get a glimpse of the game in its announcement trailer.
