New Borderlands 2 DLC sets the stage for Borderlands 3
Of course every single Borderlands fan is waiting with bated breath on Borderlands 3, set to launch on September 13 this year. But to tide us over in the next few months, 2K as provided a new DLC for Borderlands 2 called Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary. This DLC takes place after the events of the main game and sets the stage for the next installment, allowing us to meet Lilith, one of the key characters in the next game. Besides that, we can count on some epic Borderlands-type action against horrible mutants, new loot galore and new skins to pretty ourselves up with. The level cap has also been raised to 80. Furthermore, Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary is completely free for everybody who owns the base game until July 9.
