New firefighting simulator: Ignite Reveal Trailer
Astragon Entertainment, known for their previous simulator game, aims to elevate the experience with their latest title: Firefighting Simulator Ignite. In Firefighting Simulator Ignite, players step into the boots of U.S. firefighters while facing the high-stakes duties of a firefighter. Players will rescue civilians while also needing to know how to best proceed in various complex scenarios: what to do with explosive hazards, electrical fires and grease fires. And just like in reality, teamwork makes the dream work, whether solo with AI-controlled teammates or in a four-player co-op, you need to be highly coordinated to beat the flames and save innocent lives.
Firefighting Simulator Ignite also takes a huge leap forward in terms of realism and immersion. Unreal Engine 5 grants the game cutting-edge physics for realism, which means you have to deploy the correct firefighting techniques and distinguishing agents. Adding to this realism, the game will feature officially licensed firefighting equipment from trusted brands at the forefront of the industry, such as Fire-Dex and STIHL. Lastly, the game adds a personal touch by allowing players to customise their firefighter’s appearance.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will be available in standard and Extended editions. The Extended edition will include a Dalmatian dog for the fire station and a special helmet. Physical editions will be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and are planned for release this fall.
