Adventurists welcome! The sleepy border town of Rigbarth opens up for everyone who is willing to explore its fertile lands. Combine farming and monster battling with family life in a game with an epic story that is accessible to new players and veterans of the series. Many mysterious events are unfolding, affecting the runes that govern the balance between nature and humanity. You play as the newest recruit for the peacekeepers, SEED, where you will have to work with the people to help the town flourish. This is the time to make your mark with your epic adventures and forge friendships for life.
Rune Factory 5 will come in both digital and physical editions. The digital edition will be available in both regular and Deluxe versions, the latter includes the Rune Factory 4 Marriage Candidates Outfits Set for those interested. Pre-ordering a digital version through the Nintendo eShop will grant users The Holy Knight and the Bibliophile Swimsuit Set and the Ranger Care Package Item Pack.
Physical editions will be in either Standard or Limited Editions. The Limited Edition contains a physical copy of the game alongside a softback art book with artwork from the game, the Melodies of Norad soundtrack CD, and a glorious Steelbook case. Additionally, the Limited Edition comes with the same content as the Digital Deluxe edition.
